We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it launches in your country.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin after processing. Because our products ship via CJ Dropshipping, delivery windows vary by destination and warehouse. Your tracking link will give you the most accurate live estimate. If your order appears stuck or hasn't updated in 7 days, please contact us and we'll make it right.

Who Can Return
Any customer who purchased directly from pexhale.com within the last 30 days is eligible for a full refund. Items purchased through third-party retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.
What Can Be Returned
All Pexhale products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. We do not require the item to be unused — we understand your dog needs to actually try the product for you to know if it works. Items should be in a reasonably clean condition. We reserve the right to decline returns that are heavily soiled or damaged through misuse.
How to Start a Return
Email us at returns@pexhale.com with your order number and we will send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours. You do not pay for return shipping.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We offer free exchanges within 30 days. Email returns@pexhale.com with your order number and the size you need. We will ship the replacement as soon as we confirm the return is on its way.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at hello@pexhale.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost — no need to return the original.
What We Don't Accept
We are unable to accept returns on items purchased more than 30 days ago, items purchased from unauthorised third-party sellers, or items that have been deliberately damaged.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. We send you a prepaid return label. Returns are completely free.
Can I return a product my dog has used?
Yes. We want your dog to actually try the product. Used items in reasonable condition are fully eligible for our 30-day guarantee.
How long until I get my refund?
We process refunds within 3-5 business days of receiving the return. Your bank may take an additional few days to show it in your account.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
