Sizing Help
Find the Right Fit
Getting the size right matters — especially for calming beds where fit directly affects how secure your dog feels. When in doubt, size up.
Calming Beds
Measure your dog from nose to tail base while they're lying down in their natural sleeping position. Add 4-6 inches for a comfortable curl.
| Size | Bed Diameter | Dog Weight | Breeds (examples) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Small | 20" (50cm) | Up to 25 lbs | Chihuahua, Shih Tzu, Pomeranian, small Dachshund |
| Medium | 27" (68cm) | 25-60 lbs | Beagle, Cocker Spaniel, Border Collie, Bulldog |
| Large | 35" (90cm) | 60-100 lbs | Labrador, Golden Retriever, German Shepherd, Husky |
| XL | 43" (110cm) | 100+ lbs | Great Dane, Saint Bernard, Bernese Mountain Dog |
Tip: Dogs feel most secure when they can curl up with the bolster touching their back. If your dog is between sizes, size up.
Anxiety Wraps & Pressure Vests
Measure your dog's chest girth at the widest point (just behind the front legs). The wrap should be snug but allow you to slide two fingers underneath.
| Size | Chest Girth | Dog Weight |
|---|---|---|
| XS | 11-15" | 6-12 lbs |
| S | 15-19" | 12-25 lbs |
| M | 19-25" | 25-55 lbs |
| L | 25-31" | 55-80 lbs |
| XL | 31-38" | 80-110 lbs |
Tip: The wrap works through constant gentle pressure. Too loose and it won't work. Too tight and it's uncomfortable. Two-finger rule every time.
Calming Collars
Measure your dog's neck where they normally wear a collar. Add 1-2 inches for comfort.
| Size | Neck Size | Fits |
|---|---|---|
| Small | 8-14" | Small breeds & puppies |
| Medium | 14-20" | Medium breeds |
| Large | 20-28" | Large breeds |
